Current Management Opportunities:
Marketing Coordinator - Dublin, Ohio
Essential Job Functions:
• Create and execute local area marketing plans for 11 restaurants, 2 catering divisions and a mail order division
• Execute multiple marketing projects working with restaurant General Managers, Directors and media contacts within a set marketing budget
• Coordinate marketing events including tasting events, charity events and annual cooking classes
• Provide creative input into marketing campaign strategies
• Field charity calls and turn into promotional value-added opportunities for City Barbeque and/or potential sales
• Maximize sponsorships for golf outings/charity events
• Oversee our Barbeque By Mail business
• Manage employee uniform & printed marketing material purchasing and inventory management at supplier
• Coordinate development and production of promotional and collateral materials
• Create monthly “sign up to win” raffle artwork, printing & distributing to 12 restaurants and contacting winners
• Maintain database of customers for direct mailings
• Produce merchandise guidelines & displays for sauce and deli case products to maximize sales
• Analyze financial reports to determine key opportunities for marketing to build sales
• Update online ordering menu
• Coordinate market and customer research
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (required)
1-2 years minimum experience in marketing, communications or sales (required)
Must have an eye for detail and initiative to work independently
Ability to work closely with restaurant managers and key management to create and execute local restaurant marketing plans from concept to completion
Must be deadline oriented and posses an understanding of marketing and how to create value-added opportunities for promotions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in collateral development
Negotiating skills a plus
Strong fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Willingness to work with multiple players to support team goals
Other Information:
• Full time, salaried (exempt) position working general office hours with some nights and weekends for events required
• Salary Range: $26,000 - $40,000
• Based in Dublin, Ohio
• Occasional travel is required, must have a valid Drivers license and clean driving record
• All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Shift Manager – Columbus Area
Essential Job Functions:
The Shift Manager works under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant General Manager and is responsible for managing activities related to daily restaurant operations. These duties include, but are not limited to: customer service, interviewing, working with the GM and AGM to meet sales and operational goals, training employees, banking and administrative responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Knowledge and Critical Skills:
Shift Managers should have strong people-orientated leadership skills, excellent communication, decision-making and problem solving skills and a desire for personal and professional growth. Previous management or supervisory experience is desired, preferably in the restaurant setting.
Physical Demands:
Managers may be required to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time during high business volume (2-3 hours).
Moderate lifting (less than 20 lbs) regularly as needed.
Heavy lifting (more than 20 lbs, less than 50 lbs) occasionally, but not on a regular basis.
